Martin Flint, company director, first started working in the plumbing and heating industry in 1996.

Having built up his first business, he secured a contract to install boilers and bathrooms in private residences around Hampstead and surrounding areas. The business then expanded to different areas across London and held numerous contracts incorporating work at schools, council buildings, town halls and sports centres. The business also undertook work on void properties, working alongside various agencies.

Following a move from London to east Essex, Flint Property Maintenance was established in 2014 and quickly built up a loyal customer base with local residents, letting agents and business owners.

The Flint Property Maintenance brand is built on its reputation of honest, friendly and reliable engineers. No unnecessary work is ever undertaken and this is something we feel very strongly about. We are also competitive with our pricing, making sure that our customers are getting a high standard of work completed for a fair price.

We mainly serve areas around Essex (predominantly the CM, CO and SS postcodes) but are happy to travel out across Essex and surrounding areas for our customers.

All of our workforce are qualified and skilled in their field of expertise. We are of course fully insured and we hold an enhanced DBS check for peace of mind, so that our customers know they are in safe and trusted hands.
